What is Vogue?

Vogue is an online monthly coaching service that offers customized training programs and macro/meal plans. In-person training is available as an add-on option to local members; however, exercise guidance, form checks and 1:1 virtual feedback are inclusive to all monthly members.

While all training programs are customized and tailored to individual goals, each plan will be designed with a Powerbuilding approach and the same foundation of 3 key components in mind: Strength Training, Bodybuilding/Aesthetics and Cardiovascular exercise.

​

The term Powerbuilding simply refers to the combination of strength training and bodybuilding styles using compound lifts and isolation exercises. Depending on individual client goals, the ratio of one to the other will vary along with cardio options and frequency.
